GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: This is a total irrigation labor only and General Condition as the owner is supplying the materials due to locked in pricing and savings on sales tax. The bid sheet includes Unit Price “Labor Only” categories for additions or deletions due to field conditions. Included with this project are 1. Sprinklers: INF34; INF35; Block Rotor; Spray Head 1 ½” Automatic Plastic PR Valve; Quick Coupler Valve Assembly and Black Nozzle and stator. These items include labor for pipe, wire, service tee, swing joint and sprinkler or valve installation. 2. Osmac Control: G4-64/48/32; TC Power Wire 6/3; 8/3; 10/3 and 12/4. This includes all necessary concrete, forms and conduit to install controllers. 3. HDPE Pipe SDR 13.5 in 2”; 3”; 4”; 6”; 8”; 10” and 16”.  4. HDPE Bore in 6”; 8” and 10”. Specialty items to cut, remove and replace cart path; rock trenching, bedding of pipe and removal of spoils.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on December 21st, 2021 at 1:00P.M. at the Sun ‘n Lake Community Center located at 3500 Ridgewood Drive, Sebring, FL 33872 Request for remote log-in information for the meeting is also available by email. The Bid submittal date is no later than 4:00P.M. on Tuesday, December 28th with sealed bids submitted at Sun ‘n Lake of Sebring Improvement District Office located at 5306 Sun ‘n Lake Blvd, Sebring, FL 3387 or to cshoemaker@snldistrict.org. Bids received after 4:00P.M. on December 28th will not be accepted.
