Our zero-entry heated lagoon pool features cabanas, lounge chairs & umbrellas, and splash features for the kids. The water is heated to 85 degrees for year-round swimming.
Pool memberships are available to SNL Residents only, at the Individual or Family Levels. Family Memberships include up to 5 people, 2 adults max.
Weekly pool classes are included in the Pool Membership. A full schedule of classes is available at the Recreation Office. |

Fitness Center

5am – 9pm Daily
Our Fitness Corner features a variety of cardio and strength training equipment overlooking a beautiful view of our pool deck. You’ll enjoy getting in shape with our convenient hours and affordable rate.
Cardio equipment includes: Airdyne Bike, Elliptical, Recumbent Bike, Spin Bike, Stepper, Rower & Treadmills.
Weight training equipment includes: Barbells & Dumbbells, Cable Column With Attachments, Flat/Incline Bench, Leg Curl/Extension and Yoga/Medicine Balls
There are also TVs and Security Cameras for your convenience and safety.
Memberships are required for this facility. Fitness Memberships are only available at the Individual level. Silver Sneakers memberships are also available.
Weekly fitness classes are included in the Fitness Membership. A full schedule of classes is available at the Recreation Office.

Racquet Club

Our Racquet Club facility includes 8 shuffleboard courts, 2 dedicated tennis courts, 8 dedicated pickleball courts, and a flex court area that can be used for tennis or pickleball.
Memberships are required for this facility. Racquet Club Memberships are available to Residents and Non-Residents at the Individual & Family Levels. Family Memberships include up to 5 people, 2
adults maximum.
Introductory classes are included in the Racquet Club Membership, when available. |

Dog Park

Dawn to Dusk Daily
Our Dog Park is an ideal spot to take your dogs for a bit of exercise and socialization.
Memberships are required for this facility. Dog Park Memberships are only available to SNL residents. Memberships must be obtained from the Recreation Office prior to entering the facility. Proof of vaccination for all dogs is required.

Public Facilities
Located in a beautifully landscaped setting overlooking Lake Granada, our Recreation Complex offers a number of amenities open to everyone, including a brand new state-of-the-art shaded playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, disc golf course, walking trails, and fishing bridge. There are several picnic tables and benches located throughout the complex, including inside our Picnic Pavilion and Island Gazebo.
The Recreation Complex is open for use daily from dawn to dusk.

Playground
Our state-of-the-art playground includes a range of swings, slides, and climbing frames, all designed to provide a safe and fun environment for kids to actively explore. It features soft, cushioned surfaces underfoot as well as shade overhead, and is completely fenced, providing a comfortable and safe environment for children to play in. Benches and picnic tables around the playground provide a comfortable place for parents or grandparents to watch.

Basketball Court
Our basketball court is one of our most frequently used assets. With 4 baskets, the court can accommodate full-court play for adults or half-court play for kids. |
Sand Volleyball Court
With the removal of our old playground areas, we were left with the perfect space to create a new sand volleyball court.

Disc Golf Course
One of our newest public amenities is the Sun 'n Lake Disc Golf Course, offering 9 holes of disc golf fun for adults and children alike, with beautiful views of our lake and woods. |
Sun ‘n Lake Preserve
We are also fortunate to have here the Sun 'n Lake Preserve.
Owned and managed by Highlands County, the Preserve is a 1,350 acre natural area for wildlife habitat and non-motorized vehicle recreation.
In addition to hiking and biking on the trails, the Preserve offers opportunities for fishing, wildlife/wildland photography and bird watching The Preserve is part of the Florida Wildlife Corridor and Great Florida Birding & Wildlife Trail.
Open from dawn to dusk, the main trailhead and parking area is located at the intersection of Sun ‘N Lake Blvd and Balboa Blvd. Brochures and trail maps are available at the kiosk in the parking area.

Community Center
The Sun ‘n Lake Community Center is a multi-use facility complete with kitchen, restrooms, screened patio, library, and stage.

We also have a number of activities that take place at our Community Center, including monthly Ice Cream Socials, social groups, book club, card games and exercise groups. Our Community Center also hosts its own Free Little Library. |

Island Gazebo
Across the bridge, in the center of Lake Granada, the Island Gazebo is a peaceful location for reflection and meditation, private picnics, as well as a beautiful place for photographs.
