Please accept our apologies that there will be a slight delay in the mailing of the 2024 assessment bills. We outsource this process and have been working through some issues with our outside vendor. Property owners should start seeing their 2024 assessment bills in their mail over the next 7-10 days. 

We understand there may be a concern from those who pay their assessments early to receive the discount. There is no need to worry, we will honor those timeframes, and you will still get a discount if you pay before the March 31, 2024 deadline. 

In the interim. you may look up your property and view your assessment amount online at http://www.snldistrict.info/
