The 2023-24 assessment bills have recently been mailed out to all property owners.

Unfortunately, in our quality control process, we discovered some parcel classifications where the approved 5% assessment increase was not reflected on the bill. 

Amended bills are being created at this time for those impacted and will be mailed out shortly.

The 4% discount period will be extended by an additional 2 weeks.
